Canadian Maple Chicken

Pecan Crusted Maple Chicken

2 whole lg. chicken breasts, halved
2 tbsp. maple flavor syrup
1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Mix dry ingredients. Coat chicken breasts with maple syrup before coating with pecan mixture. Cook in frypan until golden brown on both sides.
